Drayton Neighbourhood Plan

The Drayton Neighbourhood Plan was adopted on 15th July 2015 and became part of the District Council’s Local Plan. The Neighbourhood Plan allocated 3 sites for housing development:
- Manor Farm
- Walnut Meadows
- Dovecote (High Street)
The plan also detailed a number of projects which would be funded by S106 payments from the developments:
- Walnut Meadows Sports Facilities
- Traffic Calming
- Public Art
- Cycle path / Bridleway / Footpath improvements
